AMP is an API and platform for issuing and managing digital assets on the Liquid Network, with compliance controls built in.
AMP lets an issuer decide who can hold an asset and how it moves. Approve participants, register holders, and apply transfer rules at the asset level, all on the Liquid Network.
With AMP, the rules an issuer sets travel with the asset. Tokens move only between participants the issuer has approved, the set of registered holders is managed centrally, and transfer rules apply every time the asset changes hands. The same model serves security tokens, stablecoins, and other regulated or controlled assets.
Assets move only between participants the issuer has approved. Every transfer is checked against the approved set before it settles.
Manage the set of holders allowed to receive an asset. Add and remove participants as eligibility changes.
Apply rules to issuance, recovery, and transfer at the asset level, so the policy fits how each asset is meant to behave.
Assets settle on the Liquid Network, with its fast block times and confidential transactions. See the Liquid Network.
Define and issue a digital asset on Liquid, with its supply and properties set by the issuer.
Add the holders allowed to receive the asset to a registry the issuer manages.
Set the conditions under which the asset can move, applied to every transfer.
Update the registry, adjust rules, and handle recovery over the asset's life.
AMP is API-first, so issuance, registration, and transfer rules run as calls your platform makes. That keeps asset management inside the systems an issuer already operates. The API is documented for developers at Blockstream Developers.
AMP runs on the Liquid Network and sits alongside Blockstream's institutional custody and treasury. Reach our team to scope an issuance.
